Account Settings

Each Unflakable user account is uniquely identified by an email address and can be a member of multiple teams.

Changing your name

To change the name associated with your account:

1. Visit the My Account page.
2. Hover your mouse cursor over your current name in the Account Details section. An Edit Name icon ( ) will appear to the left of your name.
3. Click the edit icon. The Edit Name dialog will appear.
4. Enter your desired first and last name.
5. Click UPDATE to confirm the change.

Changing your password

To change your password:

1. Visit the My Account page.
2. Click the CHANGE PASSWORD button in the Account Details section. The Change Password dialog will appear.
3. Enter your current password, and choose a new password. Passwords must be 10-99 characters.
4. Click CHANGE PASSWORD to confirm the change.

Resetting a forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password:

1. Visit the Forgot Password page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click SUBMIT. You should receive a password reset email. If you don't receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
4. Open the password reset email and click the FORGOT PASSWORD button. The Reset Password page will open.
5. Choose a new password. Passwords must be 10-99 characters.
6. Click SUBMIT to confirm the change. You may now sign in with your new password.
